- Technique
- Practice
- Preparation
- Psychology
This makes up the 4 corners of darts performance. In your consultation Matthew will go through each stage with you both looking at the current situation along with ways to improve and plan to develop in each of these areas
With each Client being able to take away a 4-6 step training plan to develop their darts, Matthew will only be taking one booking per day in order to ensure the client gets the best possible service during times where services are harder to offer.
A day will start with an initial consultation where the client can outline what they hope to gain from the experience in order for Matthew to develop the best training direction required.
All initial sessions will start with a blank note book as the session will be personal to the player. There is no one size fits all model with darts or coaching and this will be strongly followed when planning and offering any advice and or coaching.
Following the initial consultation there may be further evidence required such as a video of throwing action in order to provide the best response to your concerns.
Matthew will then design a 4-6 week plan for you to follow and offer advice to maximize potential.
A call will be made back to you to talk you through the process and how best to unlock your inner dart player.
Average length of a booking is 2-4 hours however Matthew guarantees to stay with you until you have a training plan that is both understood and beneficial.
